Assess vendor deliverables to ensure ASIL compliance for firmware, software, and diagnostics.
Perform board-level FMEDA for ICs including FPGAs and MCUs.
Collaborate with Software, FW, and EE to define diagnostic monitoring requirements.
Support V&V in SOTIF-compliant simulations and tests for edge cases.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Automotive, Robotics, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in board bring-up, silicon validation, or hardware design.
Understanding of SOTIF and ISO 26262 safety standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
ISO 26262 certification (CFSP or CFSE).
Experience with traceability tools like JAMA or Polarion.
