- Ability to work full-time onsite in Raleigh.
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments and distributed teams.
- Familiarity with vendor management, budgeting, onboarding support, event logistics, and employee engagement.
- Experience working across time zones or global teams; adapt support accordingly.
- Physically able to stand, move, lift up to 50 lbs.
