Senior Value Engineer, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

📋 Description

• Role focuses on CPG AI-enabled value engineering using Celonis PI.
• Collaborate with strategic enterprise clients on manufacturing, TPM, DSD and logistics.
• Build AI/ML solutions using PI with partners (Microsoft, OpenAI, Databricks).
• Prototype and demonstrate AI value, ensuring adoption and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading pre-sales and post-sales in complex SCM/CPG/FMCG.
• Deep understanding of O2C, P2P, S&OP, DSD, and Trade Promotion.
• Expertise in generative AI: RAG, few-shot, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong Python and ML stack: LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch.
• Excellent presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
