Senior UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end UX research across the product org to shape product direction.
• Generate and evaluate user insights; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design system at the code level.
• Translate research into actionable design decisions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Advocate for users in prioritization with evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years UX research; mixed-methods across generative and evaluative.
• Qualitative methods fluency; strong quantitative skills (surveys, analytics, A/B).
• Experience recruiting participants across diverse populations.
• Ability to drive product decisions from research insights.
• Familiar with research operations: vendors, tools, repositories.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototypes.
