📋 Description

• Coordinate planned software performance evaluation with stakeholders.
• Manage execution of SW performance eval; track metrics; remove blockers.
• Partner with autonomy integration to monitor and improve SW configurations.
• Communicate technical details to engineers and executives; run reviews.
• Hybrid role with two in-office days per week (Boston/Pittsburgh/Las Vegas).
• Define and track key objectives with engineering leadership; identify risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and automated software testing.
• Experience managing firmware, software, and hardware configurations.
• 5+ years experience with complex systems (autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics).
• Experience working across teams resolving priorities and dependencies.
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA to plan activities and track progress.
• Degree in Engineering or related field.
