Lead Engineering Change Requests (ECR) at system level; assess impacts.
Track maturity gates and provide executive status updates.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years as TPM or Systems Eng in aerospace/autonomous auto.
V-model lifecycle, fail-operational, requirements management.
SFMEA, DFMEA, FTAs, ISO 26262 / MIL-STD-882 experience.
Vehicle E/E design, electrical integration, HW/SW interfaces.
Proficient with JIRA, Smartsheet; Jama/Polarion/DOORS.
Able to lead experts, facilitate discussions, drive consensus.
Self-motivated with proactive risk identification.
BS or MS in Mechatronics/Electrical/Aerospace/Systems Eng.
