Senior Technical Program Manager, Software Performance

📋 Description

• Coordinate software performance evaluation activities with stakeholders.
• Manage execution of SW performance evaluations; track progress and blockers.
• Partner with autonomy integration to monitor and improve SW configurations.
• Communicate with engineering and executives; conduct reviews and retrospectives.
• Set priorities and coordinate multiple teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, manage, and report risks and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and automated SW testing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing FW, SW, and HW configurations.
• Minimum of 5 years in complex systems (AVs, ADAS, robotics).
• Experience resolving cross-team priorities and dependencies.
• Strong written and oral communication; tailor messaging for audiences.
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA to plan activities and track progress.
