Senior Technical Program Manager, Software Performance

📋 Description

• Track software performance evaluation activities; ensure resources and plans.
• Manage execution of software performance evaluations; track metrics.
• Partner with autonomy integration to monitor and improve SW configurations.
• Communicate with engineering and executives; conduct performance reviews.
• Work with engineering leadership to define and track objectives.
• Identify, manage, and report risks and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Continuous Integration and automated software testing experience.
• Experience managing firmware, software, and hardware configurations.
• 5+ years experience with complex systems (AV/ADAS/robotics).
• Cross-team priorities and dependency management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailored messaging.
• Confluence and JIRA for planning; degree in Engineering.
