Establish and maintain program reporting and KPIs to communicate status, risks, and milestones.
Lead cross-functional planning and execution to scale vehicle testing operations toward milestones.
Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of issues impacting testing efficiency and readiness.
Track key service metrics (MTBF, MTTD, MTTR), fleet availability, and Bot-to-Technician ratio.
Lead communication across teams by establishing processes, leading meetings, and aligning deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in engineering or management.
10+ years in manufacturing operations, engineering, program mgmt, or fleet ops.
Strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects.
Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
PMP Certificate (bonus).
Startup or automotive experience (bonus).
Experience launching and scaling volume production (bonus).
