Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Engineering/General Assembly

📋 Description

• Support Operations to ensure adherence to functional and quality standards across Zoox plants.
• Drive cross-functional teams to achieve production ramp readiness and scalable ops.
• Resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues; escalate roadblocks; ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Establish performance metrics to monitor production stability.
• Deliver executive briefings for cross-functional visibility and alignment.
• Support vehicle production from concept through high-volume manufacturing.
• Define processes to ensure clear deliverables and cross-functional communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Effective communicator at all levels; skilled at conflict resolution and influencing results.
• BS or MS degree in engineering or management.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, engineering, and/or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, integrated products (auto, aerospace, robotics).
• Strong track record managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Keep big picture focus; provide clear, concise audience-specific communications.
• Experience launching and scaling volume production.
• Automotive manufacturing operations experience.
