Senior Technical Enablement Architect

📋 Description

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement for Contentful features and patterns.
• Serve as company-wide SME; develop prescriptive guidance and enablement resources.
• Establish a scalable enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Demo teams to evaluate features and provide feedback.
• Create and maintain a library of enablement materials and architectural guidance.
• Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or a similar technical role.
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web patterns (headless CMS, API-first).
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong track record building and scaling enablement programs and knowledge bases.
• Experience working with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Partner teams.
• Excellent consultative and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights into prescriptive patterns and reusable assets.
