📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to craft tailored sourcing strategies.
• Proactively build a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent via outbound sourcing and CRM.
• Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical fit and provide recommendations.
• Create market maps and TAM insights to inform sourcing priorities.
• Run A/B tests on outreach and optimize candidate funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of sourcing experience focused on Design and Creative roles
• Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
• Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and iterating on strategies.
