Partner with recruiters to design sourcing for high-volume and niche tech roles (Design/Creative).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline via outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
Conduct recruiter screens to gauge technical fit and share recommendations.
Create market maps and TAM reports to inform sourcing and priorities.
Run A/B tests on outreach and optimize the candidate funnel.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years sourcing experience in Design & Creative roles.
Proven ability to build relationships with diverse talent pools.
Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, SeekOut.
Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable.
