  • Configure Ashby portfolio; own interview plans, scorecards, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting for senior sellers.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($100M+ ARR or Series C+).
  • Hands-on ATS expertise: Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever; config and scorecards.
  • Proven track record closing senior revenue talent in competitive markets.
  • Fluency in sales economics: OTE, accelerators, ramp schedules.
  • Data-driven; run pipelines from dashboards; manage 10+ searches.
