Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal to define integrated features.
• Use data and simulations to support proposals.
• Deliver presentations of business need, problem, and solution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated features across the V-cycle.
• Create feature roadmaps across hardware, software, ops, IT, safety, and validation.
• Create and maintain MBSE models for features and identify additional requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of engineering work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex systems with multiple software and multiple hardware systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong technical documentation (context diagrams, requirement decomposition, presentations).
• Experience with systems simulation.
• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.
