Senior Systems Engineer, Autonomy Behavior and Services

📋 Description

• Own systems engineering of multiple ADAS features and Ford integration
• Write performance requirements for features across nominal ops and variations
• Create verification plans and acceptance criteria; support V&V
• Perform failure analyses to identify and prevent issues
• Lead system-level performance analysis and metrics design
• Collaborate with perception and motion planning teams on architecture
• Work with Integration and Test to develop design verification plan
• Periodically test the product and provide expert feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS, EE, or Robotics
• 4+ years in automotive or robotics engineering
• 4+ years experience in perception and motion planning production apps
• Experience writing functional requirements
• Experience with data-driven analysis and statistics
• Experience designing and developing algorithms
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Git
• Nice to have: Doctorate in robotics perception or motion planning
