- Work alongside leadership in developing strategies for testing the Aurora Driver
- Leverage tests including simulation, Hardware-In-Loop (HIL), track, and road testing for autonomy development
- Plan and execute tests, analyze results, and identify defects or anomalies in system behavior
- Work closely with development teams to investigate root causes and drive resolution of issues
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to external teams, peers, and stakeholders
- Design, develop, execute, and train others in test engineering best practices
🎯 Requirements
- BS degree in Systems Engineering, CS, EE, ME, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in test/evaluation of complex systems
- Proven experience in test and evaluation of complex systems
- Experience with test methods, tools, and frameworks
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful information to support decisions
- Desirable: testing high-risk and safety-critical products
