- Knowledge of spend categories and contracting models (e.g., performance-based, fixed price, and T&M).
- Familiarity with legal terms and supplier governance.
- Experience in centrally led procurement with enterprise-wide scope.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen for long-term supplier agreements.
