📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of Inspectiv’s strategic accounts, focused on retention and expansion
  • Act as the primary commercial owner including renewals, pricing, and expansion
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across security, engineering, and executive stakeholders
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and strategy alignment
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive usage, retention, and expansion
  • Lead executive reviews and strategic conversations on outcomes and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing strategic/enterprise SaaS accounts
  • Proven multi-million dollar ARR/MRR management experience
  • Strong commercial instincts driving retention and expansion
  • Ability to build credibility with VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success or delivery teams in a shared-account model
