- Act as the primary commercial owner including renewals, pricing, and expansion

- Partner with Customer Success to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and strategy alignment
- Develop and execute account plans to drive usage, retention, and expansion
- Lead executive reviews and strategic conversations on outcomes and opportunities
🎯 Requirements
- Experience managing and growing strategic/enterprise SaaS accounts
- Proven multi-million dollar ARR/MRR management experience
- Strong commercial instincts driving retention and expansion
- Ability to build credibility with VP and C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Experience partnering with Customer Success or delivery teams in a shared-account model
