Partner with department managers to translate strategy into technical roadmaps and milestones
Influence cross-functional decisions across engineering, manufacturing, product, operations, and strategy
Establish standard reports communicating program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments
Define KPIs and measurement methods aligning progress with goals
Align program goals with business objectives; drive momentum across TPMs to deliver on time
Maintain technical understanding of vehicle platforms, software lifecycle, safety clearance, and test ops

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in engineering or equivalent experience
7+ years in engineering, program management, or consulting with focus on product launches
Success in leading complex SW/HW integration and end-to-end cross-functional programs
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and enabling teams
Proficient with tools to manage complex projects (Gantt, risk matrix, Smartsheet, Jira)
PMP or equivalent certification
