- BS/MS/PhD in Robotics, CS, or related field; 5+ years experience.
- Deep expertise in probabilistic robotics, state estimation, 3D geometry.
- Experience building/optimizing SLAM, including ICP.
- Extensive experience fusing data from IMU, LiDAR, GNSS, etc.
- Strong C++/Rust systems programming; memory, concurrency, RT; math background.
- Python for data analysis; nice-to-have: GTSAM/Ceres/g2o; learned localization.
