🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in product design leading complex projects
- Experience formally managing other designers
- Portfolio showing end to end work for enterprise or mission critical systems
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture and UX research
- Experience with autonomous tech, hardware software products or logistics
- Demonstrated ability to use AI across the design lifecycle
