π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, launching EV battery pack/module lines.
- Technical expertise in battery-specific manufacturing processes alongside high-voltage safety standards and ESD compliance.
- Experience generating equipment specifications and managing deliverables with Tier-1 integrators, including travel for vendor buyoffs and tool installations.
- Proficiency with CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
- Experience scaling manufacturing operations in greenfield/brownfield automotive or energy storage environments.
