📋 Description

• Design scalable autonomy evaluation frameworks with rigorous methods.
• Design methods to measure and monitor evaluation infrastructure reliability.
• Prototype deep-dive analyses and production-grade evaluation code.
• Build tools and dashboards to summarize progress for leadership.
• Partner with Safety/Autonomy teams to ensure reporting meets requirements.
• Develop analytical models to relate simulation to real-world driving outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years in applied data science or ML with end-to-end projects.
• MS/PhD or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Physics, or Robotics.
• Strong command of Python/SQL for data analysis and prototyping.
• Expertise in statistical methods: hypothesis testing, A/B testing, sampling, modeling.
• Experience working with internal cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Open-minded and collaborative team player willing to help others.
