  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to shape deals and lead discovery
  • Deliver tailored demos for technical, operational, and business audiences
  • Translate complex challenges into measurable business outcomes
  • Develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape to win displacement
  • Establish product authority, mastering Motive platform and future innovations
  • Collaborate on RFIs and RFPs to position Motive as partner of choice
  • Act as a connector between Sales and cross functional teams to drive improvements

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales support in pre-sales or solutions engineering
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • Willing to travel 30%+ for customer facing work
  • Value-based selling (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) and SE methodologies (Demo2Win, Great Demo!)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise sales cycles and navigating multiple stakeholders
