🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of aerospace/defense engineering and manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering required
- Experience using Xometry's services from a customer perspective
- Strong CNC machining experience; composites or harnesses a bonus
- Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving; effective in remote environments
