• Own division reliability: SLOs, incident response, on-call health.

• 10+ years in software with 5+ years in engineering leadership; 2+ years managing managers.
• Technical depth in two areas: distributed systems, backend/mobile, or reliability.
• Proven track record leading platform/infrastructure teams at growth-stage B2B SaaS.
• AI-forward: sets direction for teams building on LLMs and AI-native standards.
• Systems thinker who designs teams and eliminates bottlenecks; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communicator who can represent platform complexity to product, finance, and executives.
