Senior Software Engineer, React SDK

📋 Description

• Design and evolve reusable SDK interfaces and components powering payroll and core platform capabilities
• Own technical initiatives from API design through production delivery
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define clear contracts between platform services and the SDK
• Support partner feature development and migrations to modern SDK interfaces
• Raise SDK quality across testing, i18n, a11y, and developer experience
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate implementation and improve SDK quality for evolution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years frontend or platform engineering with React and advanced TypeScript API design
• Experience building scalable reusable systems like SDKs or component libraries
• Strong frontend–backend integration pattern knowledge and clear contracts collaboration
• Experience with i18n, a11y, and high-quality testing practices
• Ability to operate in evolving systems and make thoughtful abstractions under ambiguity
• Experience in payroll, HR tech, fintech, or back-office domains is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to improve engineering workflows
