📋 Description

• Define and own the technical roadmap for AI platform initiatives
• Architect and implement production-grade LLM orchestration (agents, tool calls, multi-step reasoning)
• Design MCP integrations, tool orchestration, embedding strategies, and context optimization
• Lead technical design for cross-functional AI features and trade-offs
• Establish coding standards, reviews, and architectural patterns for AI development
• Coach and mentor P3 engineers toward senior-level scope and autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with leadership experience
• Deep Python proficiency; architecting production backends (Django preferred)
• Strong React and TypeScript frontend skills with complex state management
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and orchestration (agent workflows, tool calling, multi-step reasoning)
• Designing MCP integrations: tool servers, embeddings, and context management
• Proven track record defining roadmaps and delivering projects
