- Define RF performance requirements for transmitters, receivers, and antennas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SI, RF design, and EMC best practices; lead design reviews.
- Develop and execute validation plans for vehicle-level SI, RF/wireless performance, and EMC; troubleshoot issues.
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies, wireless protocols, and high-speed standards.
🎯 Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with electronics, electromagnetics, or RF/wireless coursework.
- 10+ years in signal integrity, RF design, and/or EMC validation.
- Knowledge of CISPR, ISO, SAE, FCC, and UNECE EMC standards.
- Proficiency with Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and high-bandwidth oscilloscopes.
- Experience with high-speed digital design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
