📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs from definition to launch and scale.
• Design durable workflows and standards to reduce manual effort at scale.
• Orchestrate execution across teams, manage dependencies, and set SLAs/KPIs.
• Build decision frameworks and business cases balancing impact, scale, cost.
• Shrink time to launch and time to scale with process improvements and tooling.
• Partner with engineering to mature systems for stability and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading cross-functional program or ops initiatives end-to-end.
• Proven track record designing and scaling systems or workflows across teams at scale.
• Create clarity from ambiguity; drive alignment; ROI-focused decisions.
• Strong operational rigor: goals, SLAs/KPIs, risk, dependencies, exec communication.
• Tech fluency partnering with engineering to shape specs, roadmaps, and tooling; data-informed prioritization.
• Excellent written/verbal comms with Eng, L&C, Product, and Finance.
