Maintain technical budgets for spacecraft performance with subsystems.
Develop mission CONOPS with flight operations; SLA considerations.
Assist with program and product management, interfacing with customers.
Support test procedures; participate in integration, launch, and in-orbit commissioning.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years as spacecraft/satellite systems engineer or equivalent in two subsystems.
Experience in SAT assembly, integration and test campaigns or spacecraft delivery to orbit.
Challenge norms in aerospace engineering; fast-paced development experience.
Handle pressure positively and hands-on readiness.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
