- Track record of mentoring and attracting new talent
- Deep knowledge of attribution nuances and attribution industry
- Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to uplevel sales partnerships with C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial leader focused on growth at scale
