  • Own NA enterprise revenue target and territory strategy.
  • Close large, complex deals end-to-end with full accountability.
  • Manage a high-performing AE team; coach and enable quota attainment.
  • Drive the TradFi segment with banks, custodians, asset managers.
  • Maintain accurate forecast through strong pipeline discipline.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Sales Engineering to move deals forward.

  • 8+ years selling infrastructure or financial products to banks and exchanges.
  • Background in crypto infra or TradFi with buyer decision experience.
  • Proven track record closing seven-figure ARR deals end-to-end.
  • Ability to discuss custody architecture, key management, and validator economics.
  • Experience leading a small team (2-4) with quota ownership.
  • Strong network across TradFiโ€“crypto or ability to build relationships quickly.
