- Background in crypto infra or TradFi with buyer decision experience.
- Proven track record closing seven-figure ARR deals end-to-end.
- Ability to discuss custody architecture, key management, and validator economics.
- Experience leading a small team (2-4) with quota ownership.
- Strong network across TradFiโcrypto or ability to build relationships quickly.
