  • Lead customer conversations in English; translate mission needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Understand Loft's solution ecosystem (satellites, in-orbit capabilities) and discuss tradeoffs.
  • Evaluate customer requirements for physical/on-demand missions; align with Loft specs.
  • Develop customer-specific technical solutions; ask key questions to align on expectations.
  • Own end-to-end technical proposals: architectures, analyses, narratives.
  • Coordinate between Business Development and Engineering; drive alignment to outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in systems engineering or aerospace, ideally with LEO satellites.
  • Experience evaluating satellite payloads, mission planning, and CONOPS.
  • Strong English communication, verbal and written.
  • Cross-functional experience in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • System-level thinker; quick to learn new architectures and tools.
  • Ability to drive structure, clarity, and momentum in technical discussions.
