Senior Safety Management System Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute safety case management tasks with internal partners.
• Maintain safety docs for internal and external audits.
• Implement programs to improve the safety culture.
• Provide technical data for safety governance via risk committees.
• Develop and maintain the company-wide Safety Case.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and change control processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in safety-critical tech; 2+ years leading autonomous safety
• Experience with safety-critical automotive, aerospace, or AVs
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), UL 4600
• Strong hazard analysis, reliability, and safety case development
• Experience with AI/ML-based perception or decision-making
• AV architectures: perception, planning, and control
