🎯 Requirements

- Strong data analysis and risk assessment; set targets from safety and business goals.
- Experience with failure modes, accelerated reliability testing, and field monitoring.
- First-principles mindset; knowledge of acceleration models and powertrain theory.
- ISO 26262 Functional Safety knowledge.
