  • Work as a strategic advisor to the customer β€” aligning MongoDB initiatives, internal processes, bottlenecks, and corporate strategy
  • Proactively identify, qualify and nurture relationships to expand stakeholder footprint and position MDB as a strategic partner
  • Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities; execute MongoDB sales process to protect and expand renewal base
  • Execute on territory management and activity expectations, including prioritization of accounts, strategic account planning, and risk/deal reviews
  • Own and deliver an accurate forecast of your business week over week; quarter over quarter
  • Leverage data signals and proactive outreach to identify and address potential risk within your portfolio

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience, 5+ years quota-carrying; enterprise experience a plus
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets, expansion and renewal
  • Ability to execute activity and pipeline expectations; standards of excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to diverse audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, changeable environment
  • Interest/experience with MongoDB, databases, cloud tech a plus
