📋 Description

• Own and lead full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles (software engineering, AI/ML, data, embedded systems, product)
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, role scope, and success profiles
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive, high-caliber technical talent
• Develop pipelines across key technical domains with focus on diversity and long-term talent mapping
• Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral screens to assess candidate fit beyond resumes
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on technical recruiting
• Proven success hiring for engineering and technical roles in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data systems)
• Demonstrated ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers
• Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on recruiting metrics
