🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Software Engineering.
- 7+ years in design, manufacturing, testing, software, or quality & reliability.
- 2+ years with investigations, DOE, and problem-solving methods.
- Experience with quality, risk, and safety management systems.
- 2+ years FAA regulatory requirements (e.g., DO-254, DO-160).
- 2+ years programming in Python, C, or SQL for data analysis and automation.
