Senior Product Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own architecture of Loft's offering across ground and space
• Define platform structure and capability allocation across segments
• Define interfaces and requirements at the offering level
• Shape ground software tools and customer-facing interfaces
• Clarify interaction between OBSW, ground software, customer software, third-party software, and Loft's stack
• Coordinate architecture discussions across teams to align intent and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems engineering background in complex software/hardware products
• Experience linking architecture definition, requirements structuring, and implementation
• Ability to structure complex systems into clear capabilities, interfaces, and responsibilities
• Strong understanding of software-heavy systems, APIs, processing chains, and integration patterns
• Coordinate cross-functional technical work without direct authority
• Excellent communication and documentation to turn ambiguity into decisions
