  • Own growth metrics: upsell, NRR, churn, and adoption; set targets and track.
  • Lead PMM initiatives to upsell, reduce churn, and optimize pricing/packaging by geography and ICPs.
  • Drive product adoption via personalized automated campaigns.
  • Build and execute a PLG-focused product marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor PMM team and raise the craft across the function.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing on launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing with PLG in B2B SaaS; senior IC role.
  • SaaS background; hospitality tech experience preferred.
  • Own growth metrics: NRR, upsell, churn, and product adoption.
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience with HubSpot, Looker, Amplitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative with strong PM skills and cross-functional work.
  • Bonus: SQL experience.
  • English fluency required; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) a plus.
