Senior Product Manager, Project Management

📋 Description

• Own the PM vision and roadmap for Project Management team.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and validate solutions.
• Design workflows to streamline field and office collaboration.
• Leverage AI/ML to improve accuracy and speed.
• Align roadmap with company objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead go-to-market and change management for your domain.
• Run beta programs with early adopters and capture feedback.
• Own outcomes and KPIs (adoption, NPS, efficiency).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in tech; 5+ years PM for B2B SaaS
• 3+ years in contractor/construction + 3+ years B2B PM
• End-to-end product experience; prototyping; AI coding assistants
• Knowledge of contractor workflows: labor planning, schedules, cost tracking
• Technical environment experience; basic SQL; analytics tools
• Strong Agile experience; collaborate with engineering and design
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making
