Senior Product Manager (Platform Shared Services)

📋 Description

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cross-product services.
• Engage internal teams to define reusable components, libraries, and patterns for consistency.
• Communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and executives.
• Build empathy with internal teams, understanding pain points and translating needs into the roadmap.
• Translate business and compliance needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and retirement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in product management or technical product management, ideally focusing on platform services.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience building shared component libraries or platform solutions with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of user management and cross-org permissions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
