- Proven track record owning complex products from discovery to delivery
- Experience collaborating with engineering on technically complex products
- Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication
- Prior maritime software, trading, or chartering platform experience (Desirable)
- Broker/charterer/operator turned into product (Desirable)
- Experience with competing workflow products (Desirable)
- Exposure to data/intelligence products and execution workflows (Desirable)
