📋 Description

  • Advise stakeholders on privacy and data protection for Bandwidth’s products worldwide.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate privacy terms in agreements; develop templates.
  • Research global privacy laws and AI regulation; advise on Europe/UK duties.
  • Lead privacy risk assessments (PIAs, DPIAs, privacy-by-design) for initiatives.
  • Champion privacy and AI awareness; deliver training company-wide.
  • Own and improve privacy program processes; update notices and policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years privacy/data protection experience.
  • Deep knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR/ePrivacy/AI Act/NIS2.
  • Translate complex legal concepts into business guidance.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Autonomous work style with discretion handling sensitive data.
  • Lead tasks, negotiate effectively, support executives.
