Build, maintain, and evolve Braze's internal infrastructure-as-a-service platform.
Partner with engineering teams to enable faster deployment and iteration.
Improve monitoring and alerting focused on symptoms and reliability.
Design and extend frameworks (e.g., Sidekiq) for large-scale job processing.
Ensure enterprise-grade SLAs and reliability across Braze's platform.
Improve observability and tooling for scalable processing.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Systems thinking: interfaces, boundaries, failure modes.
Collaborate, document, and deliver quickly.
Experience with global remote teams and async work.
Experience in large-scale API-driven systems.
Experience building/operating Kubernetes operators/CRs.
