🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems
- Strong proficiency in Python; Flask or similar web frameworks
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs at scale; versioning, pagination, error handling, backward compatibility
- Hands-on with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
- Experience with asynchronous processing; Celery, Kafka
- Production operational experience: debugging live services, structured logging, metrics, on-call
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
