🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as People Partner/HRBP or similar
- 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing
- Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work exp
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
