- Act as trusted advisor to leaders in Marketing, Finance, and Operations; provide coaching.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; CHRP a plus.
- 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, labor standards, talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement people programs for client success; across marketing, finance, and operations.
- Project leadership and change management skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- English fluency; French a plus; high discretion with confidential information.
